CAR Cool Cash Raffle is Back!
 
You can win up to $10,000 cash for purchasing a ticket for just $20!  Fifty percent of the proceeds will go to local associations CARHOF funds with the purpose of providing safe, decent and affordable housing in their communities.  Fifty percent will be used for Grand Prizes and for smaller regional prizes based upon ticket sales in the region.

  • Raffle tickets go on sale at the REALTOR® Rally at the Denver Convention Center on February 22nd.
  • Participants can purchase one ticket for $20 or six tickets for $100.
  • Tickets can be purchased at the REALTOR® Rally, online or through representatives at your local association.
  • Ticket sales end at 5:00 pm on April 11th.
  • The drawings will take place on April 11th at the Marriott Resort & Spa in Vail at 7 pm.
  • Winners need not be present to win.

The Colorado Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Foundation promotes safe, decent and affordable housing in Colorado by providing grants to nonprofit and public housing agencies that serve low to moderate income households.

CARHOF donates the interest collected on earnest money deposits in real estate transactions from real estate and title companies that voluntarily set up interest-bearing CARHOF accounts.
