Membership Types:

 

REALTOR^® Member: A member of a local Board of REALTORS^® in Colorado current with REALTOR^® membership to CAR and NAR and under the age of 40.  Must be a member of the NAR YPN Group.

 

Affiliate Member: Must be under the age of 40 and affiliated with a title company, appraisal company, mortgage company or related service to the real estate industry.  Annual dues for this member are $100 per year.  CYPN will use these funds to help offset the costs of functions, conference calls, scholarships, and events. 

 

Alumni Status: A CYPN member automatically falls into Alumni status once they turn 40.  You must have been a member of the Colorado YPN for at least one year and current with REALTOR^® membership to their local Board of REALTORS^®, CAR and NAR.
