Vail Valley Real Estate Sees Rebound
Vail REALTOR ® Mike Budd told the Vail Daily that he expects 2019’s transaction and volume numbers to finish about even with 2018, which was a good year for the market.
“Every individual has a different financial picture they are dealing with,” Budd told the Denver Post. He added, “Believe it or not, there are $20 million cash buyers.”
