How to Join CAR
CAR Serves REALTOR® Members Across ColoradoAll Colorado Association of REALTORS® members join through a local association or board. By joining a local REALTOR® organization, members also gain membership in the Colorado Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
If you are a licensed real estate broker, and your office is located in a county where no local board has jurisdiction, you may apply at the local association of your choice. The following areas do not fall under the jurisdiction of a local association: Aguilar, Akron, Arriba, Bailey, Black Hawk, Burlington, Central City, Cuchara, Eads, Fairplay, Georgetown, Gulnare, Holly, Hugo, Julesberg, La Veta, Leadville, Limon, Ouray, Ridgway, Roggen, St. Mary’s Glacier, Stonewall, Weston, Wray, Yuma.
