On the heels of yesterday’s updated public health order to include real estate to our state’s list of critical services during the COVID-19 crisis, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act has been passed and signed by the President. It is the largest emergency aid package in U.S. history and has far reaching and significant benefits and resources put in motion for REALTORS®, clients, and communities.
