Montrose, CO September 5, 2013 – On Thursday evening the Montrose Association of Realtors® held their annual installation of officers at the Pavilion in Montrose. Colorado Association of Realtors® President Elect Jolon Ruch presided over the official oath of office. Professor Paul Schultz was duly installed as President and Gary Rawls as Chair Elect for 2013. The Theme for 2013 is Realtor Spirit “Moving Forward.” Approximately 120 real estate related members attended a candlelit evening with Todd Schroedel as M.C. and live smooth jazz helping to make the event a success. Awards were given for Realtor® of the Year Diana Atha of Keller Williams Colorado West Realty, Salesperson of the year Joseph Burns of Lone Eagle Land Brokerage and Outstanding Affiliate Diane Gorrono of Fidelity Title Montrose.
