CHFA Public Hearing for Low Income Housing Tax Credit Plan

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) will hold three public hearings in Colorado regarding the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Allocation Plan (the Plan) for the year 2015. The 2015 QAP will guide CHFA’s allocation of both the federal and state Low Income Housing Tax Credits. The purpose of the hearing is to receive input on the Plan and to discuss proposed changes to the Plan for the upcoming year.

 
CHFA logoThe first hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2014, from 9:00am to 11:00am at the Longmont Senior Center, 910 Longs Peak Avenue, Longmont, CO 80501.
 

The second hearing will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2014, from 9:00am to 11:00am at the CHFA Grand Junction office in the Community Room, 348 Main Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501.
 

The third hearing will be on Thursday, October 16, 2014, from 9:00am to 11:00am at the CHFA Denver office in the Community Room, 1981 Blake Street, Denver, Colorado 80202.
