Power Up and Connect

As we watch our market recover after many long years, the benefits of attending the CAR Convention seem to be more timely than ever.  As those of us who weathered the storm, and stayed in the market can attest, the market has changed dramatically over the past few years.  Not merely in terms of production, but in terms of technology, buyer and seller needs, as well as many of the new offerings of our state and local Boards.

Being well informed and equipped to deal with all of these changes, certainly is paramount while maintaining a career in real estate.  As CAR Convention strives to stay in tune with market shifts, as well as the latest and greatest technologies and must have gadgets, it follows suit that the element of face to face networking remains in the forefront.  The opportunity to network with peers and colleagues is truly one of the most basic of opportunities, but one of the most important.  It is through these meetings, that we catch up, exchange war stories, but also help to keep each other apprised of the market temperature in our respective areas.

This year’s convention promises several opportunities in which to “Power Up and Connect“!  The Spirit of Colorado event this year will add a beer tasting, to last year’s very popular CAR Uncorked wine tasting, providing a little something for all tastes!  The Inaugural Dinner Show will feature Face, an a capella vocal rock band.  Two Keynote Luncheons, as well as the new CAR Awards Breakfast promise to give Colorado REALTORS® several opportunities to meet and greet, and learn about the many different real estate opportunities across our state.
