Denver REALTOR® Receives Recognition from NAR

(PRLEAP.COM) Association of Realtors® Good Neighbor Society Volunteering Works Award at the National Association of Realtors® convention in San Francisco. The Volunteering Works recipients were selected based on their dedication to the community through volunteer work and the potential for their charitable work to be expanded or improved with the help of an expert mentor.

Joan Rogliano is among five selected recipients to receive a grant and a year of one-on-one mentorship from a member of the National Association of Realtors® Good Neighbor Society. The grant and pro bono mentorship of Claudia Deprez will be used to grow Wildflower Women’s Organization (www.wildflowerwomensorganization.org), the non-profit Rogliano recently launched to serve the needs of women and children navigating the transitions of divorce and widowhood.

“It is an honor to be included in the NAR Good Neighbor Society family. We have already received invaluable guidance and support from our mentor Claudia Deprez and the NAR staff to further our vital mission of offering support to families in transition.” said award recipient Joan Rogliano.

joanAbout Joan Rogliano: Joan Rogliano is the broker/owner of Rogliano Real Estate Group. She is a Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist, a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and a member of the Council of Residential Specialists(CRS). She is the founder of the Wildflower Women’s Organization, a nonprofit created to serve the financial, educational and legal needs of women going through divorce and widowhood. Ms. Rogliano has been a finalist for the Denver Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business Award, the recipient of the Women’s International Service Award, as well as the recipient of the Volunteering Works Grant from the National Association of Realtors. Joan Rogliano recently began instructing a Colorado Real Estate Commission accredited continuing education course for real estate agents that is focused on working with clients in transition of divorce.
