Meet GJ REALTOR Ann Hayes – Chair-Elect for 2016-2017

Grand Junction REALTOR® Ann Hayes has been named CAR Chair-Elect for 2016-2017. 

Ann has been working in real estate since 1985, first in Southern California, and in Colorado since 1995. Born in England, raised in Australia, and married to a U.S. Navy submarine veteran, Ann is a Relocation Specialist, trained in Corporate and Military Relocation and is a team agent for USAA and Navy Federal. Ann is a managing broker for Keller Williams Colorado West Realty in Grand Junction, managing 3 offices and 120 agents, and holds SFR, CHRE, REOS, CRS, GRI, and CNHS certifications.

Since 2001, Ann has served in various capacities for the Grand Junction Area REALTOR® Association, (GJARA), serving on committees, as director for the board, chair-elect, chairman, past chairman, and then as a Director for the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. She was the GJARA REALTOR® of the Year in 2009. At the State level, Ann continued her service as Northwest District vice president elect, Northwest District vice president, 2014 CAR treasurer, and RPAC co-chair in 2015. Ann has also been awarded the CAR Distinguished Service Award.
