Denver Post: Home Sales and Price Records Were Set All Across Colorado in July
“Buyers waited on an hour-by-hour basis for the new listings to show up, then competed to win the bidding wars,” said Colorado Springs-area REALTOR Jay Gupta in response to CAR’s July 2020 Market Statistics Report.
As noted in the report, buyers snapped up a record 10,771 single family homes in Colorado in July.
