Eight Graduate from CAR Leadership Academy
The Colorado Association of REALTORS® recently celebrated the graduation of eight REALTORS® from its 2021 Leadership Academy program, an exclusive four-month training and development program designed to nurture future association leaders through in-depth industry and association knowledge.
Working with CAR staff, mentors, and professional instructors over the course of the past year, Leadership Academy participants developed a wide range of skills including Media Training, Strategic Planning, Political Advocacy, and an expanded overall knowledge of Colorado’s real estate industry.
“The Colorado Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy is a proactive positive program to support and develop future leadership and enable them with skills that can be utilized at local associations,” said CAR and NAR Chair Robert Walkowicz. “I look forward to the participation and contributions of this year’s class.”
The 2021 graduates represent the sixth graduating class of the Association. Participants are selected from local REALTOR® Associations across Colorado.

- Ty Hutchins – Pikes Peak Board of REALTORS®

- Dawn Mullin – Vail Board of REALTORS®
- Katia de Orbegoso – South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association
- Mindy Stone – Estes Valley Board of REALTORS®
