On May 12, Governor Jared Polis signed HB25-1272 into law, marking a significant victory for housing in Colorado.

HB25-1272, a top priority for the Colorado Association of REALTORS® during the 2025 legislative session, addresses long-standing barriers to condo construction, opening the door to more affordable homeownership across the state.

CAR was proud to stand alongside Governor Polis and bill sponsors Rep. Shannon Bird, Rep. Andrew Boesenecker, Senate President James Coleman and Sen. Dylan Roberts during the signing ceremony.
