Colorado REALTORS® Honor Liberty Montes as 2025 Colorado Young Professional of the Year

The Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and the Colorado Young Professionals Network (CYPN) have named Liberty Montes, Associate Broker with RE/MAX Alliance–Greeley, as the 2025 Colorado Young REALTOR® of the Year.

Also known as the Gus Williams Award, this honor recognizes young professionals who elevate the real estate industry and their communities through leadership and service. Liberty was celebrated for her success in real estate and her outstanding volunteerism, from leading Habitat for Humanity builds to supporting women and children’s nonprofits and the Weld Food Bank.

She also helped launch and co-chairs the Greeley Area REALTOR® Association YPN, fostering engagement and professional growth among local REALTORS®. A strong RPAC advocate, Liberty encourages others to support housing policies that strengthen homeownership in Colorado.

In her honor, CYPN donated $500 to the Genesis Project of Greeley, reflecting Liberty’s dedication to giving back
