CAR Legal Hotline Holiday Hours and Use Updates
As we approach the end of the year, we want to ensure you are aware of upcoming changes to the CAR Legal Hotline’s availability, as well as important updates to its Terms and Conditions.
CAR Legal Hotline Holiday Hours
The CAR Legal Hotline will operate on a reduced schedule during the holiday season.
The Hotline will be closed on the following dates:
- December 24, 25, 26, and 31
- January 1 and 2
Please plan accordingly for your support needs during this period.
Updated Legal Hotline Terms and Use Conditions
The Terms and Conditions governing the use of the CAR Legal Hotline have recently been updated. These changes apply to all Authorized Hotline Users immediately. You may review the updated Terms and Conditions here.
The CAR Legal Hotline (“Hotline”) is an education resource available to currently active Colorado REALTOR® members who are licensed by the State of Colorado as an Employing Broker and serving in such capacity for their brokerage firm. Individuals who are licensed by the State of Colorado as an Independent Broker and acting in that capacity may also use the Hotline if they are active Colorado REALTOR® members. The Hotline may also be used by active Colorado REALTOR® members who are licensed by the State of Colorado as an Associate Broker, but only if they have been explicitly authorized by their Employing Broker to utilize the Hotline.
If you are an Employing Broker and do not wish to allow your Associate Broker(s) to utilize the Hotline, please make sure they understand they SHOULD NOT accept the Hotline’s Terms and Conditions and MAY NOT access the Hotline.
