Join the March 6 Colorado Real Estate Commission Stakeholder Meeting
The Colorado Real Estate Commission is considering proposed revisions to multiple Commission-approved contracts and forms — and your voice is needed.
On March 6 at 1:00 p.m. (MT), the Commission will host the first of three virtual Stakeholder Meetings to gather feedback on proposed changes to key disclosures, brokerage forms, lead-based paint documents, and other foundational transaction forms used by Colorado brokers. These are the forms you use every day. The proposed changes to the aforementioned contracts and forms can be viewed on the Division’s website here.
As REALTORS®, your practical experience in the field is critical to ensuring that contracts remain clear, balanced, and workable in today’s market. The Commission is specifically seeking broker expertise to help identify unintended consequences and suggest improvements.
The meeting will be held via webinar only, and oral comments will be accepted during the session. Written comments may also be submitted if you are unable to attend.
Stakeholder Comment Submissions
We strongly encourage Colorado REALTORS® to review the proposed revisions and consider attending this important stakeholder meeting. If you know colleagues who regularly work with these forms, please share this information with them as well.
This is how REALTOR® voices influence the future of real estate practice in Colorado.
