This August, we’re inviting REALTORS® across Colorado to lace up their shoes, celebrate a historic milestone, and make a difference for our industry through the Home Run 5K Challenge.
As we commemorate our nation’s 250th anniversary and Colorado’s 150th year, you have an opportunity to support the advocacy that protects homeownership, private property rights, and economic opportunity while participating in a statewide challenge.
Step 1: Make Your RPAC Investment

- National Grand Slam – $250
- Colorado Birthday Home Run – $150
- Colorado Share – $38

Step 2: Complete Your 5K
Between August 1 and August 7, walk, jog, or run a 5K (3.1 miles) wherever you choose. Take a picture by your neighborhood, residential area, or places that showcase the beauty of Colorado living. August 1st marks Colorado’s 150th anniversary, making it the perfect time to celebrate our state’s rich history and our commitment to protecting the dream of homeownership.
Step 3: Submit Your Proof
Email a screenshot or record of your completed 5K from your smartwatch, fitness tracker, phone app, or other activity tracker to govaffairs@coloradorealtors.com by August 7th!
Final Step: Home Run 5K Recognition
Investors will be recognized for their commitment to Colorado’s homeownership future.
Everyone who completes the Home Run 5K Challenge will be recognized for their commitment to advancing homeownership, protecting private property rights, and strengthening economic opportunity for Coloradans.
