The Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR) installed Denver-area REALTOR® Brian Anzur as its 2027 President during the association’s annual Inaugural Dinner in Colorado Springs. Anzur will serve as President from Dec. 1, 2026, through Nov. 30, 2027.
A REALTOR® with Anzur & Associates and Branch Manager with Coldwell Banker Realty, Anzur brings years of local, state, and national REALTOR® leadership experience to the position. He has served as a CAR Board of Director, Member Services Division Vice President, as CAR Metro District VP, and in numerous other volunteer leadership roles. He is also a graduate of the CAR Leadership Academy. Brian is extremely active with the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association (SMDRA), serving as their President in 2021
Nationally, Anzur has represented Colorado REALTORS® on the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and has served on NAR committees addressing business and industry issues.
“Brian understands where our association has been, but he’s also very focused on where we need to go next,” said Tyrone Adams, CEO of the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. “He brings curiosity, energy, and a willingness to challenge us to keep improving. I’m looking forward to working with him and our entire leadership team as we build on CAR’s work and tackle the opportunities ahead.”
Throughout his CAR involvement, Anzur has focused on strengthening the value REALTORS® receive from their association and ensuring members have the resources, information, advocacy, and professional support they need to succeed. His leadership experience gives him a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing REALTORS® across Colorado.
“Our industry is changing, but what has always made REALTORS® stronger is our willingness to work together, learn from one another, and make each other better,” said Anzur. “My focus this year is to listen to what our members and local associations need, make sure they understand the work CAR is doing on their behalf, and continue building the tools, education, and advocacy that help them thrive. We have a strong organization, but the best way to honor what we’ve built is to keep improving it.”
As President, Anzur will serve as a key connection between CAR’s more than 21,000 members, its Board of Directors, and Leadership Council, helping guide the association’s priorities and strategic direction during the coming year.
