Nominate a D&I Champion for CAR’s Diversity & Inclusion Awards
CAR’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee is honored to celebrate the groups and individuals who strive to make our industry more diverse and inclusive. Applications are open June 3 through August 4th, so nominate someone you know who is working to make a difference. The winners will be announced at the Inaugural Dinner at the 2023 Fall Forum.
Awards are separated into four categories – REALTOR® Organizations, Real Estate Brokerages, Community Partners, and Individuals. Please read each application description, and select the title to apply or nominate.
DEI – Real Estate Brokerages
This application is to recognize commercial and residential real estate brokerages who actively work to further diversity and inclusion in the real estate industry. Real estate brokerages do not have to be REALTOR® exclusive offices to qualify for this award.
DEI – REALTOR® Organizations
This application is to recognize REALTOR® organizations that actively work to further diversity and inclusion in the real estate industry. REALTOR® organizations include Local REALTOR® Association Boards, Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Land Institute, CRS, and the Colorado Young Professionals Network.
DEI – Real Estate Industry Community Partners
This application is to recognize community partners who actively work to further diversity and inclusion in the real estate industry. Community partners are organizations within the real estate industry, such as Title companies, Lending companies, Financial institutions, and so on. As well as AREAA – Asian Real Estate Association of America, NAREB – National Association of Real Estate Brokers, NAHREP – National Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, NAGLREP – National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals, VAREP – Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.
DEI – Individual
This application is to recognize REALTOR® individuals that actively work to further diversity and inclusion in the real estate industry.
