The Symposium will begin with a Welcome Reception starting early evening on July 15th, followed by Dinner Dates with your AE colleagues at some of the best restaurants in Breckenridge. On July 16th, engage in a series of interactive sessions and discussions on succession planning, industry insights from managing brokers and emerging talent, and more. Then, shift gears in the afternoon for a fun group activity. The day will conclude with a networking dinner. On the 17th, the conference continues with more valuable sessions, including an AI workshop, so bring your laptops!

JULY 15 – Dinner Dates with your AE Colleagues
Enjoy some great food and fun while connecting with other AEs! Whether you’re new to the industry, want to expand your network, or just need dinner – this is a great way to connect with other AEs! CAR will make reservations for parties up to 8 people at various restaurants within a 10-minute walk from the hotel, offering an expansive selection of foods and price points for you to choose from.

These special reservations are only available to those who pre-register for this additional networking event during the registration check-out process.
After you RSVP for the Dinner Dates event, you will receive an email in Late-June to select which restaurant reservation you would like to join, along with the meet-up location and time.
Don’t leave your AE colleagues in a lurch-they want to meet you. If you need to cancel, please do so in writing no later than Monday, July 7 to avoid the dreaded “table for one.”
Each diner is responsible for their own meals and drinks.
JULY 16 – Group Activity – Breckenridge Distillery Tour & Tasting (optional):
Take a behind-the scenes look at Breckenridge Distillery’s production facility during this private tour and learn more about the history of bourbon, the importance of the barrel used, and other interesting facts. Included in the tour is also a guided tasting of 7 spirits and lite bites. Approximate start time is 5:00pm. Duration 45-60 min. A complimentary shuttle will provide roundtrip transportation service for attendees. Additional cost: $40/pp.
JULY 16 – Group Off-Site Dinner at Breckenridge Distillery (optional):
Enjoy a delicious and private family-style dinner with your peers in the Founders Lab at Breckenridge Distillery starting at 6pm. A complimentary shuttle will provide roundtrip transportation service for attendees. Participation in the Tour & Tasting at Breckenridge Distillery (see above) is not required for joining dinner.
