After a brief pilot phase in two test markets (including Boulder, Colorado) with AgentMatch, Realtor.com® is pulling the plug, citing a faulty algorithm to “match” consumers with REALTORS®. A computer cannot find the best REALTOR® for someone, just like a computer cannot place an accurate value on a home.
