Global Real Estate Resources for Colorado REALTORS®The International Real Estate Committee is a working committee formed under Colorado Association of REALTORS®. Our goal mission is to inspire and equip REALTORS® in Colorado to achieve success in the global real estate arena.
The Mission of CAR’s International Real Estate and Global Network is to make the global real estate market more accessible, profitable and ethical for our Colorado REALTORS®. We seek to broaden multi-cultural understanding by offering a comprehensive resource/ platform to increase awareness, provide education opportunities and networking partners.
The International Real Estate Committee will provide international real estate programs designed to educate REALTORS® on real estate issues around the world, as well as create networking opportunities for members.

International Property Specialist Course: Transaction Tools – July 17 and 18
Join us virtually for the Global Real Estate: Transaction Tools CIPS Course, one of the two core courses required for REALTORS® to earn the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. This course introduces real estate professionals to the tools needed to present investment information to international clients. Qualifying attendees will receive 6 CE credits.
