Kirk Goble Named 2013 Land REALTOR® of America
Kirk Goble, ALC, was named the 2013 Land REALTOR® of America at the 2013 REALTORS® Land Institute Day on November 7 in San Francisco, CA. The REALTOR® Land of America award winner is chosen by past award recipients that distinguishes their efforts and work in the interest of REALTOR® Land Institute (RLI) members, their profession, and their community.
Goble who is with the Bell 5 Company in Greeley Colorado has influenced the Institute in numerous ways. Norma Nisbet, ALC, stated “He has the giving ‘spirit’ that distinguishes the Land REALTOR® of America from others-helping and assisting others with their businesses in the land organization while not asking for anything for himself, but the satisfaction of ‘helping his fellow land broker’.”
Active in both his state chapter and the national office, Goble is a key contributor to the advancement of land education and technology. He is a well-respected agriculture broker and has been a featured presenter for the Canada Real Estate Association and the National Association of REALTORS®. During his term as the Colorado Chapter President, the chapter earned the Chapter of the Year Award. He has twice received the Colorado Chapter Land REALTOR® or the Year award.
