Denver Post: Home Sales and New Listings Plunge Across Colorado in April – but Prices Don’t

Stay-at-Home orders resulted in decreased home sales across the Denver region, according to the April 2020 market statistics from CAR.

“Everybody expected there would be this massive tanking of our market when it opened back up, but on the contrary, we are back to where we were. It isn’t doom and gloom,” Denver-area REALTOR Matthew Leprino told the Denver Post.

He added, “We have rebounded, but now what is next?”
