Colorado REALTORS® Celebrate Leaders in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

At the 2025 Colorado Association of REALTORS® Inaugural Dinner, members and partners came together to celebrate individuals and organizations advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across Colorado’s real estate industry.

The Diversity & Inclusion Brokerage Firm Award was presented to Invalesco Real Estate, a Latina- and woman-led brokerage whose team reflects the communities they serve. Invalesco’s work extends beyond transactions—mentoring new voices, developing permanently affordable housing, and partnering with Elevation Community Land Trust to create inclusive homeownership opportunities for historically excluded buyers.

The Community Partner Award honored MRI Real Estate – CTM Software for embedding DEI into its company culture and business practices. From supporting veterans and youth to closing the digital divide, MRI exemplifies corporate leadership that lifts others and fosters belonging through inclusive, employee-driven initiatives.

Finally, the Outstanding Individual Diversity & Inclusion Award recognized Lindsey Benton, founder of Live.Laugh.Denver., for her tireless efforts to break down barriers in housing and empower underrepresented buyers. Through programs like Real Talks and the Shared Power Captain initiative, Lindsey has raised more than $170,000 to help women achieve homeownership and inspired meaningful industry conversations about equity and representation.

These honorees remind us that when REALTORS® lead with inclusion and empathy, they help build stronger, more equitable communities across Colorado.
