Pueblo Home Pricing Strategy Pays Off

The Pueblo real estate market experienced an 18.2% reduction in home sales for July, but sales are still up 14.8% for the year. CAR Spokesperson David Anderson, a Pueblo REALTOR®, saw a lot of sellers overprice their homes over the last month, which lead to a lot of price reductions.” The problem with that,” he says, “is they never catch up with what the market is doing, and they may have lost a buyer during the time it was overpriced.”

The median price in Pueblo is still on the rise, with the average home sale in July 2022 at $321,000. For July 2021, that price was $305,000. There is also a three-month supply of inventory this year, whereas there was only a one-month supply a year ago.
