How do I know if I’m registered? You should have received a confirmation email once you complete the online registration. Check your spam or junk email. If you have questions, please call the CAR office at 303-790-7099.
Will I need to pick up a Conference Badge? Badges are only needed on Oct 4th. Please stop by the Registration desk that morning to pick up your badge. Should you have questions during the conference, an Information Desk will be available to you in the Omni Hotel Lobby.
Will there be CE classes? Yes. Continuing Education classes will be offered, but only on the Pre-Conference day October 3rd. Each CE class can be added to your registration for an additional fee.
How will I receive my CE certificate? After the course requirements have been met, a CE certificate will be emailed to the participant. The certificate will be emailed within 7 business days post-conference and will be sent from News@coloradorealtors.com. If you do not receive a message, please check your Spam or Junk E-Mail folder in case the CE certificate got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the message and mark it Not Spam, which should allow future messages to go through.
What Continuing Education Policies should I be aware of before attending CE classes on Oct 3rd? CAR CE COURSE POLICY: No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel 1 business day before the day of the class. The State regulations require a minimum number of instructional minutes to receive CE credit. Therefore, anyone arriving 10 minutes after the start of the class but will not be eligible to receive CE credit. The student may be allowed to attend the course, if space permits, but no CE credit will be provided. If a course is full, participants may be put on a wait-list. If a registered student does not arrive on time, their space will be given up to the participant(s) on the wait-list.
Can I bring a friend with me to the conference? Yes, if you are a REALTOR ® member, you can bring along a non-REALTOR member friend or significant other. All friends are required to register separately as a Guest. Guests are only permitted to attend October 4th or for any of the add on events or CE Classes listed on the a la carte admission items in registration.
Can I cancel my registration? Cancellations can be made up until September 15th, 2017 for a refund of 85% of your registration fees. After September 15th, registrations can only be substituted to another individual.
Where is the conference? The entire conference will be held this year at the Omni Interlocken Resort and Hotel in Broomfield, Colorado. 500 Interlocken Blvd, Broomfield, CO 80021. (303) 438-6600. For more information select the “Hotel” tab.

What should I wear? The fall conference is business or business casual. Plan to wear comfortable shoes as there is some walking involved as with any conference. The Inaugural Dinner is formal (additional ticket is required to attend this event).
